\ls1\ilvl0\cf3 {\listtext	1	}Backup all data located on RAID volumes created by the current SATARAID5 driver to either drives supported by the current SATARAID5 driver that are configured as pass-through devices or to another device/location not under control of the current SATARAID5 driver.\
{\listtext	2	}Use the SATARaid5Manager utility to examine the RAID set configuration of the the current SATARAID5 driver and note any information you'll need to re-create the configuration.\
{\listtext	3	}Use the Disk Utility program to make note of the partition layout and file system types in use on RAID volumes maintained by the current SATARAID5 driver.\
{\listtext	4	}Use Finder to dismount/eject all the RAID volumes being supported by the current SATARAID5 driver.\
{\listtext	5	}Use the SATARaid5Manager utility to delete all the RAID sets maintained by the current SATARAID5 driver. Do not change the configuration of any devices currently configured as pass-through devices.\
{\listtext	6	}Using the SATARaid5Manager utility select Device->Make Pass-Thru and convert all devices maintained by the current SATARAID5 driver that are not already configured as pass-thru devices to pass-thru devices.\
{\listtext	7	}Use this installation package to upgrade the current SATARAID5 driver to the driver in this package.\
{\listtext	8	}Reboot the system.\
{\listtext	9	}Using the SATARaid5Manager utility, re-create the RAID set configuration used by the previous SATARAID5 driver.\
{\listtext	10	}Use the Disk Utility program to re-create the partition layout of the newly created RAID volumes based on the layout of the previous RAID volumes.\
{\listtext	11	}Restore the backed-up data from the previous RAID volumes to the new RAID volumes.\
