The EX-47045E PCIe I/O module provides eight serial RS-232 , 422 and 485 high performance UART 16C1050 outputs. Each port can be independently set the interface type. It is designed to expand eight additional serial combo ports for PC, workstation or server via PCIe bus. The module is fully PCIe Vers. 1.0 to 3.0 plug-and-play compatible and has no conflicts with IRQ and I/O addresses. It supports the ATTA Auto RS-485 transmitter features. The EX-47045E can be expanded up to 32 ports with the EX-47049 add-on module. In addition, a low profile bracket is included for narrow PC chassis.
