The EX-1526HMVS is a managed USB 3.2 Gen 1 hub designed to provide extensive and unique features for industrial applications. The hub provides you with instant expansion of sixteen screwable USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports and is compatible with all existing USB 3.1, USB 3.0, USB 2.0 and USB 1.1 devices. The EX-1526HMVS can be manually switched between two computers using a toggle switch.The EX-1526HMVS supports USB battery charging specification v1.2 (SDP, CDP, DCP) as well as some manufacturer-specific charging modes such as Apple 2.4A and Samsung.By powering from the DC Jack or terminal block, 1.5A can be provided on each port or 3A on eight ports. It can be used in automation, industrial and office applications. Thanks to its special housing, EX-1526HMVS can be screwed to the wall, under a table or in a 19" cabinet. Optionally the plug-in power supply EX-6984 with 24V/6.6A can be ordered. Management softwareThe EX-1526HMVS comes with management software that can be used to turn the USB bus power on and off at each individual port, or to reset the entire USB hub to factory default settings. The EX-1526HMVS has a flash memory where the desired startup state can be stored. The next time the device is powered on, the last settings will be used. Various utilities and management software utilities for operating systems such as Windows, Intel x86-64, ARM-based Linux, and Mac are included. The utilities are written to work with the application software programmed with different languages like C#, C++, VB, Python or even PHP server scripting language. The rugged, industrial-grade EX-1116HMVS hub provides sixteen bolt-on USB 3.2 Gen 1 downstream ports with 15KV ESD surge protection. It is thus possible to connect up to sixteen external USB peripherals to one USB 3.2 Gen 1 port from the computer in a 19" rack. It supports SuperSpeed USB 3.2 Gen 1 data transfer rate of up to 5Gbps and is backward compatible to USB 1.1. The included USB 3.2 Gen 1 cable with can be attached to the EX-1116HMVS with thumbscrews without a screwdriver. The EX-1116HMVS must be powered via a DC Jack (+12V to +24V), or via a two-wire terminal block connector (+12V to +24V). The HUB meets the special requirements of industrial applications.
